2022 – 2024
Led the redesign of a multi-tenant platform serving thousands of businesses across Southeast Asia. Moved the system from a tightly coupled monolith to a modular, domain-driven architecture with clear API contracts, independent deployment pipelines, and a self-serve developer experience.
2021 – 2023
Architected and oversaw the rebuild of a payment processing backbone handling hundreds of millions in monthly transaction volume. Focused on idempotency, reliability, and audit — systems where correctness matters more than throughput.
2025 – Present
Leading the 0-to-1 build of a data platform and analytics infrastructure — setting the technical direction and providing clarity for a data engineering team and team lead to execute. Defining the architecture, data modelling principles, and delivery roadmap to give the organisation reliable access to trustworthy data for the first time.
2018 – Present
Grew and shaped engineering organisations from single-digit teams to 50+ engineers across multiple product squads — establishing hiring frameworks, technical values, incident culture, and a career ladder that gave engineers a reason to stay.
2022 – 2023
Built internal developer tooling to reduce friction across the engineering lifecycle — CI/CD standardisation, feature flag infrastructure, secrets management, and local development environments that mirror production faithfully.
